Huawei Y7 2017 is currently supported for such operations:

For Sigma Pack1 + Sigma Pack2 users

Change Provider (Manufacture mode)
ENABLE DOWNGRADE feature
Huawei ID remove
Repair IMEI (Manufacture mode)
Work with Bootloader (Manufacture mode)

For Sigma Pack3 users

Flash in Upgrade/Fastboot mode. Note: not all phones supported
FRP REMOVE

Offcially not support . But you can try to unlock via sigma
