hello team and friends,,im trying to do backup certificate from jkm-Lx3x of mexico and fail,,,try to erase frp and fail too,,both process fail,,please help!!!

its normal,,

the device turn on and are blocked by frp,,dont damage for the tries!! only i wanna if possible remove frp and read the certificate!!!
