I think you can't on new security phones. (correct me if i'm wrong) This downgrade option is for frp unlock. The phones wich haven't android 8.xxxx firmware you cant make change imei/provider/or other) Last phone is p20 lite witch on you can modify this options (i think, and sorry for my english)

I have Sigmakey box but I have not activated any pack. Is it possible to activate pack 4 only?.

@ kundicom,

More likely that the phone you have has latest security patches installed. In case latest security patches are installed, XT1766 can not be unlocked at the moment.

@ matengo,

Yes Pack 4 can be activated separately.
