Fully charge phone's battery, re-connect phone directly another PC USB port (avoiding USB HUBS), re-install drivers and repeat operation once again.

I need latest firmware lio-l29 12.0.0.228
can you help me to get this firmware version please
i guess sigmakey can't read firmware 12.0.0.228 version always shows error. and never couldn't read firmware
so I need latest firmware to unbrick my phone
please help me get this version

SigmaKey supports original firmware file format. You can try searching for the required firmware version on an Internet and use it with the Sigma Software.
For the read backup operation, perform operations mentioned in a previous post and repeat operation.
