Looking for S-Card... Not found (card readers searched: 0 of 2)
Please connect SigmaKey/Box

@ pethu,

According to the screenshot Smart Card is not detected.
As warranty cover of your box has expired try performing following operations:

Disconnect SigmaKey from PC
Take out Smart card
Clean it
Place it back
Connect box/key to PC
Check whether Smart Card can be detected
If it is getting detected, run software.

i open the key black color circuit was break.i soldier the circuit its working fine
