The certificate written with sigma is useless then after reading the info it is always the old imei which appears sigma should make an update to remedy this

IMEI number that is written the certificate is getting send to the network, even if software shows an old IMEI number.
Sigma reads the original IMEI that was in the phone, because original IMEI stores in the phone.

Does the Software TP require you to enable "debug mode" inside Android or can the "EDL-mode" (TP) be accessed from e.g. a powered off device (e.g. similarly to shorting TP after disassembling the device)? With other words, do I need to unlock Android (pin/pw/pattern) on the device in order to get to EDL-mode?

200 per day = 6000 per month.

Huawei Edition + PowerPack gives you 3000 authorizations per month. If you need more, you can buy Counter reset pack.

can you please explain where can i find that option or where can i find shared cert by other box

Read/Write Huawei certificate operation allows to restore IMEI number that is stored in the certificate file. Users with pack 3+4+5 (Huawei Power Pack) can share their certificate files and use certificate files read by other boxes. You can as other users to share their certificate files.
