hi, huawei p40 pro now possible to remove huawei id? before it was showing port open error when try to remove huawei id by test point, reply please. thanks

in the previous version it worked perfectly, in boot 3 no problem!!! please fix this.

What phone model are you trying to service?
What operation you want to perform?
Fully charge phone's battery and repeat operation once again.

HMA-L29 I already managed to do it in the previous version of sigma, but with the new version it always said failed

According to the provided log file, an operation have been aborted at the very beginning.
An issue appeared due to faulty communication or not fully charged battery.

We have just tested Read secure data operation with the Kirin 980 based phone model. Data has been read without any issues.

sigma needs a cloud for firmware support.
where sigma users can download backups or support files made with the tool. it is something important that sigma does not have and would call for more users.

i have same problem with this model

I was test latest update on 3 PC - one with "old" Win 7 x64, another Core i9 based with Win 10 x64 and last one with AMD 5xxx based again Win 10 X64.

The things that can say are - The AMD based [ B550 motherboard ] PC work smooth, no any errors - tested with Kirin 710 based phones and drives version 2.0.6.725 - PPA-Lxx [ Huawei P Smart 2021 ] and ARTH-Lxx [ Huawei P40 lite ] - both are OK with TP operations for Huawei ID remove and downgrade FW [ needed to repair security functionality destroyed after HW ID remove on latest versions ] via TP.

What is important :
A. The battery MUST be full and connected to board during operations. These both 710 phones, that i test, do not need special cable, but othes may need.
B. The USB cable MUST be good quality and short - the best one is USB type-C <-> USB type C on both ends conecting phone port to USB C if you have it on computer...

Others work also, but Win 7 work worst [probably due to not native fast USB handle], even after delete obsolete drivers and missing connections - so use Win 10 and fastest connection for success...
