WIPE DATA, WIPE CACHE and then enter SAFE MODE.

If that will not work, try downgrading using lower firmware version.

still no SAFE MODE :-( for frp remove

After Safe mode restart to language selection

You need to make Wipe data without reboot
then Wipe cache without reboot
then enter Safe mode

still reboot to start screen

make another go from the beginning you will get it second time had something like that before .. but always remember don't take it pretty easy on this kind once its gone its gone
