As solving this mistake, the smart card actualuza ok, the interface changes away, i updated the schedule. i cleaned the contacts

Please perform following operations:

Locate logs folder at your PC
My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
Rar it
Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.
