hello my sigme box giving error .Smart-card exception 0x9902
plz help me i try everything clean card change system mail at support area plz help me realy worried about it any one have some sloution thanks

Please perform following operations:

1. Locate logs folder at your PC
   My Documents->SigmaKey->logs
2. Rar it
3. Send all of the log files in a rar archive to support[at]sigmakey.com

In order to be able to check what could go wrong and solve current issue developers need to check all of the log files from operations performed by current SigmaKey.

saludos tambien tengo el mismo error e enviado multiples mensajes y aun no e resuelto ese error envie los regitros y nada

First of all, please write posts in English. Otherwise it will be deleted next time.

For 0x9902, If warranty of your SigmaKey has expired, try placing your Smart Card into another reader and check whether Sigma Software will work correctly. If still same issue appears, more likely that the Smart Card is damaged.
If your box/dongle is under warranty, contact your reseller for warranty replacement.

they have a very poor technical support simply because of opening and closing the sigma they tell me that my smart card is damaged

mpolanco73, try to put the smartcard into suitable reader and you will see the answer
