When I press power button of the phone it show as the screenshot
I try in many cases (mtk phones) but always the same

I try with alcatel OT-206 using test point cable (RX TX GND) and others phones...

Alcor drivers/

Still having problems with the Alcor drivers. Tried uploading screen shots and get errors. This computer has usb3.0 ports. Wondering if this is the issue.

USB 3.0 need their drivers installed correctly. Install all needed drivers on your pc it will work for both 2.0 & 3.0

According to the provided information, SigmaKey software was modified or infected by some viruses.
It is recommended to scan your PC with the antivirus and after that re-install software.
