Procedure:

Open Qcom tab
Select your model in the right “Phone model” drop-down list 9015
Power off the phone
Connect your phone to PC with USB cable
Wait while the diagnostic port appears (your phone will be charging).
If diagnostic port is not detected, power the phone ON and dialing ##2324# and activate diagnostic mode.
Then select diag port in the ports tab.
Go to IMEI tab, enter your IMEI and press "IMEI Repair" button...

If it cannot be repaired then you need to repair the security area.

Thanks for replay bro. i have edl cable no need to dail enable daig port etc.. but my tablet is stuck on logo just because failed during repair imei process then after i did write imei thrice but same still stuck on logo. search a lot for flash file but could'nt find one.
