i root the phone and root ok when i try to unlock phone give error

and imei now is 0/02

sigmakey backup the phone security try the process again

frankcelular1, this happens because of bad rooting. Try to complete the operation till the end and the IMEI should be recovered.
We are working to improve our unlock solution (for cases like this, when the phone isn't correctly rooted)
