For Current phone model Device VID and PID details are required.
Please make a screenshot of "Device instance ID" data, as it is signed at the screenshots below, please.

Find DBA Adapter reserved interface (COM XX) (as it is shown in the manual)

Enter phone in Download mode.
Run Device manager
Find DBA Adapter (as it is shown in the screenshots)
Press right mouse Button (as it is shown in the screenshots)
Select Properties (as it is shown in the screenshots)
Select Details (as it is shown in the screenshots)
Select "Device Instance ID"
Make a screenshot and post it here

New version of Sigma Software v1.28.02 has been recently released.
Please try running unlock operation for your U8686 phone models with the new version of Sigma Software and post results in current thread.

i am using windows 7 32 bit. i got this error yesterday with old version. i gave back phone to customer. i will try to get it back tommorrow. and try with new version.

@ ElBerryKM13,

According to the log file you've posted unlock operation was performed improper.
Current Smartphone suppose to be connected to PC in the Download or in a FastBoot mode.
Please double check unlock manual and run unlock operation according to it.

How to connect this phone to PC:

Switch the device OFF
Remove the flash card from the phone
Press and hold down Vol -, Vol + buttons simultaneously, then press and hold Power until your phone completely freezes on the pink screen
Connect USB cable

I did that the phone was in the pink screen and the drivers installed.

According to the provided information in your previous post, phone as connected in wrong mode.
As it is stated in the unlock manual phone suppose to be detected as:

Fastboot mode: Phone will be detected as Android Sooner Single ADB Interface in device manager
Download mode: Phone will be detected as DBAdapter Reserved Interface in device manager

ElBerryKM13, find DBAdapter Reserved Interface in the ports tab of the Sigma software and select it. Thus Sigma will work with the phone via this port.
