You can connect a mouse using OTG adapter and use it to navigate:
  1. Get an OTG adapter (USB-C to USB-A).
  2. Connect a USB mouse to your phone via the OTG adapter.
  3. Reboot into recovery mode (Power + Volume Up).
  4. Use the mouse to select "Factory Reset" and confirm by clicking "Yes."

If USB debugging is enabled, try factory reset via ADB:

adb devices
adb reboot recovery
adb shell input text yes
adb shell input keyevent 66

In general case, you can perform Remove ID operation with Sigma. It should perform factory reset in the end of the service operation.
