Huawei P20 Lite
For Sigma Pack1 users

Change Provider (Vendor/Country)
Change Sim card mode (single-dual)
Huawei ID remove
Model repair
Repair IMEI, WI-FI, Bluetooth, serial numbers (Manufacture mode)
Unlock (Manufacture mode)
Work with Bootloader (Manufacture mode)
Wrong Code Counter Reset

For Sigma Pack3 users

ENABLE DOWNGRADE (TESTPOINT)
FLASH (factory, fastboot, upgrade) not all versions support this feature
FRP REMOVE
Load fastboot
Write OEM (testpoint)

For Sigma Pack4 users

Downgrade / Change firmware (if downgrade file exists)
RESCUE MODE Entering (up to Android 9.x)
Write full OTA UPDATE files

Yes, if your Android patch level is suitable. If not, it will require to downgrade the phone's firmware.
