VNS-AL00 service with Sigma - GSM-Forum

Dear support service .. please tell me how to get the boot loader password sigma boxing? .

Model Huawei P9 Lite (VNS-AL00) ..

I install the latest version of boxing SigmaKey 2.21.00b2 .. when you press a button to get the password requests overload the phone .. the phone rebooted and even tried to do a complete reset .. but also asks to reboot the phone .

на всякий напишу на русском.. так как сам я английского языка не знаю.. а гогл переводчик фиг знает как перевел.. Установил последнюю версию бокса SigmaKey 2.21.00b2 .. при нажатии на кнопку получить пароль просит перегрузить телефон.. телефон перегрузил и даже пробовал делать полный сброс настроек.. но все также просит перегрузить телефон..

Вот пожалуйста логи.. Могу дать доступ на мой комп через тимвиер.. может сами понажимаете.. я может что не так делаю..

G9 Lite VNS-AL00 is a Qcom phone.

1) Open Qcom tab
2) Enable manufacture mode
3) Unlock the bootloader.

Действительно ошибся моделью.. G9 Lite VNS-AL00 не вижу в списке поддерживаемых моделей Sigma бокса. потому наверное и такую ошибку выдает.

Update Your SigmaKey to the latest version
Repeat operation using latest version
Post results along with the log files in a current thread.

In the right part of the software select brand Huawei -> Android (diag.) and repeat operation once again.

yes, work perfect in vodafone
bad news is customer thake back set

before i giveed back i made hard rset and same result, i couldent unlock
