This is Mediatek-based phone model. Try to root it and unlock via adb.

Allready unlocked it with other tool (no root required)

You could have unlocked it using Generic method (without rooting) using Sigma. I think so.

If you don't want to root the phone, you may unlock it with the unlock codes.
