ATU-L21 (Y6 2018), PHONE Locked, FRP Lock

in recovery mode, wipe data/factory reset is no active (can't go on)

SigmaKey 2.29.20 Qcom: Remove FRP / Huawei ID
^ Alcatel ADB Interface, Version 0.5, Name: QC_REFERENCE_PHONE, Serial number: GSM9X18717G02938
Phone model: ATU-L21
Version: ATU-L21 8.0.0.142(C432)
Removing FRP lock...Done

but after phone restart show Reset failed! and no remove FRP lock.

pls help

Perform clear cache, clear data from the recovery mode.
