China King Box not recognize

2) disable antivirus and install driver

but before posting I'd done with the ff:

1: uninstall china king software and uninstall driver on device manager including hidden port driver.

2: restart computer then install china king v1.36,,, still box not recognize.

3: replace usb cable and insert into other port,,, still box not recognize.

4: I have one newly formatted computer with win7 ultimate, try to plug my china king box to my other computer,,, still box not recognize. with all usb port.

So can you still blame my two computer for not recognizing my china king box.
maybe this box is going dead, and I'm waiting for Product Manager/ Product Supporter or any person involve to give guide/solution on this issue.

uninstall your driver restart your p.c then install it

update your pl- driver

Yes Sir, I noticed at the very 1st that hardware problem,

but ware is the staff of china king to give idea what part of the box is malfunctioning.

check the port first

uninstall the pl-driver br

just change the port

he ask usb not recognize your port jack may br problem

otherwise asking any driver update asking

just update it online and use it

Thanks for the advice sir,

Maybe we pretend that I don't know how to install box driver.

But my 2nd post stated there what I done before posting.

changing port com number don't work, changing usb cable don't work, inserting usb cable into other usb port at the back panel of computer don't work.

About updating driver it doesn't recognise the box NOT asking for driver
