PROBLEM: stuck on welcome note

action taken..
make back up then
do format with (8853b_Q32) result is still same >>> stuck on welcome note.
after that.. itry write back up,, but failed

STATUS now,, DEAD UNIT...

hopefully to next update,, the flash ID SF_N25W128 is include to selection// i need good back up plss..

I am little confounded , you write your own backup or write Qaiser file???
Did you format after write flash file
And please press 2-3 min power button

my first do is format,,, before write my back up....
