I have acer iconia a1-713 mt6582 hang logo condition, try to format according to this thread and this one but failed, it just stop on Boot downloading complete! using v2.9.9 and try again using the latest fresh from the oven v3.0.7 still the same

...any idea to fix this kind of mt6582 ??

do you see the picture? volcano failed/stop to read info..how am I going to write stock rom and full erase??

U Did You Check Phones Bootloader Is Locked Or Unlocked ?

Try This Dial *#*#7378423#*#* . Then go to -> "Service Info" -> "Configuration". If there is:
Bootloader unlock allowed - Yes << this means that your Bootloader is Locked
Bootloader Unlocked - Yes << this means that your bootloader is unlocked

After Try Write Flash With Volcano 3.0

Most Bootloader Locked Device Won't Make MTK Preloader port When Connect to PC ( Power Off Condition )
