Try with ADB or Fast Boot mode if supported.

Note: if ADB supports then you need to root the device and wipe user data.

i think this phone is not support because this type of security i have not seen before its wiping emmc but not removing that password and its enter even fast boot but not detected by volcano..ihave two phone( cpu 6571 cpu6572 same problem)

root not supported any tool
not supported in adb or not supported format in flash mode
many new mt6571 cpu phone privacy protection password not removed after flash with factroy flash file
so perfect solution this time
before flash,full format with sp tool then write factory flash file

privacy protection password not remove with (hard reset+firmware update)

1st backup full flash file after format phone & update with factory file your problem 100% solve try and post
