volcano team pls help me - GSM-Forum

hi team,
my volcano box is giving head ace to me. when i try to open it shows opening box. then i click start volcano box then small box comes and says starting volcano then appears volcano window then closes immdietly . what is the problem and how to solve it.

which version of volcano your using

Remove old setup from control panel

install v1.9.6 full installer
extract v1.9.7 to C:\VolcanoBox

uninstall 1.9.6 form control panel
deleted fold for c/volcano box
restart pc
install 1.9.6
copy all files of 1.9.7
past it on c/volcano box
now run volcano box
and post result

i had done all above.but no luck.that to do.
