First Need Fac File or Working Bin File
Here I use Fac File to Recover this issue
Firstly Run Volcano 3.0.0 /MTK Tab/Select Boot 15(v7.1452)/Format/Run
Format Window Come & Select option as pic Bellow

After Format Phone will Come Dead
Now Need to write Firmware

After Write Firmware Phone Alive again but both IMEI will null
Next Write Original IMEI

Now Insert Sim Card & Check Network will be OK :)
