I think win 7 is the problem

Unitool not work in XP.
In win7 only.which mode should be COOLPAD?
it shows me Android ADB interface

I try to press Volume up+ Volume down+power key at the same time:
phone screen shows COOLPAD OFFICIAL but nothing hapens,after 3 sec phone start to booting normaly
