DO AS I MENTIONED OF THESE FIVE STEPS:
Take out battery from handset
Insert USB data cable into PC
LONG PRESS Side Key “+” of handset
Insert USB data cable into handset
Put battery into the handset

thanks i solved my problem.

:) but while conecting and flashing mobile dont leave pressing vol + botton.

need celkon c7040 6531 flash file if any body have give me hare pls
