HELP NEED VIVO Y28 Dead after flash

1. Power off the phone.

Kindly explain all from start what was issue with phone and how its get dead.Post logs for better understand the case

Set coming with stuck on logo
1st have factory backup from phone with volcano inferno tool
and then download the firmware from firmwarefile.com and flash
with sp tool after that the set is dead

Why used SPFT for flash the device...?Now write back tested firmware to your device with INFERNO mtk tool.Seems your downloaded file is not matched with your device.
