I think you have the "Usb Network Gate" installed in your PC or such kind of programs that blocks Dongle or software. This software cannot have together with our modules. Please uninstall, after go to /windows/system32/drivers and check that the files: fusbhub.sys , eusbstub.sys , vuhub.sys , if exist there then delete it. After reboot your, connect supporter to unlock your device from the server.

Actually, we supply devices or dongles to make more money for our users or customers. We are not supply it for hacking or cracking purpose. So, if someone find doing in such a activities, we warn 1 time, and if users try to do again and again, then, his or her software will be blocked permanently.

And please do not need spam whole section. 1 thread will be enough for smart Volcano-Merapi-Inferno supporters.
