Help team i have Volcano Box and today i register MerapiTool but i can't access it because its given error

i was old id but now i forget old plz help me

my device id 806-632-701

Registration Manual:

Download MerapiTool_v1.3.2 from Support Area
Add MerapiTool folder into TrustZone of your Antivirus
Run MerapiTool_v1.3.2
Click on Register
Fill all boxes very care fully
keep in mind all information should be written correctly
You can write Username only once ! After you can't Change your username
After all, Double check all, and click on Ok.
keep in mind, the username you write, password will also same.
login MerapiTool_v1.3.2
click on Information
Click on Modify Information
Now you can change Password
Click on ok
