volcano box flash reading and writing problem, VOLCANO SUPPORT please help - GSM-Forum

i have Nokia 108 and i need to flash it (Memory size is 4 MB)
i flashed a file which i downloaded from internet (the size of file is 3.5 MB)
flashing OK but there are only English and Chinese, no other languages.

All other files i downloaded from internet were 4 MB size and i could not flash them

i read the ROM from another Nokia 108 phone and the read file was 4 MB and could not flash it too

volcano says:
"start to analyze file, may take several minutes...."
but it takes less then one second
and then volcano immediately says: "flash file has been written"
analyzing file and writing it takes less than a second and nothing is written

while in successful flashing analyzing takes some time and writing takes about one minute

this problem occurs frequently with other phones and other CPU like MTK Android cloned devices:

FLASH FILE THAT I READ USING VOLCANO CAN NOT BE FLASHED USING VOLCANO EVEN IF IT IS WRITTEN TO THE SAME PHONE, WHILE SOME (NOT ALL) FLASH FILES I DOWNLOADED FROM INTERNET IS WORKING

Some times phones drivers do not match with boot ,you need to reinstall other drivers and try again .

flash reading is ok
read info is ok
only flash writing fail even if i am writing the same file that i have read
i think the problem is in analyzing file because it does not take time and
there is no flash writing progress but there is no error
and volcano says: "file has been written"
