please i have problem

volcano soft open normaly but when go to detected phone it hong and soft

shatdown

see picture .

what to do .

1.Uninstall PL2303 usb to serial driver.

2.Go to C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch folder & delete all files.

3.Remove all FTDI ports from device manager or use DC-Unistall software-

4.Download & run registery cleaner- ccsetup301.rar

5.Reboot your system.

6.Install-C:\Program Files\Volcano Team\VolcanoBox\Drivers\Box Drivers\New Box Drivers 1.6.1
now connect box.

problem when box find phone pin and reganisend in usb mode

this error become.

Uninstall all SCI USB2Serial port from from device manager or use DC-Unistall software.
Now Connect phone & detect pinout, When ask give driver using have disk option from this location-
C:\Program Files\Volcano Team\VolcanoBox\Drivers\Phone Drivers\SPD New Drivers 1.5.6.1

uninstall all driver with dc uncleaner then install new box driver
