hardwear problem need to open phone and check

you need to write Security File with Inferno Tool .

when i try to connect phone its show this msg.:

1.Remove battery and insert battery back.
2.Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys.
3.Please insert USB cable within 60 seconds.

>>Phone found[SPRD U2S Diag (COM51)]
>>Internal version: SPRD3
>>Boot downloaded.
>>Boot start failed.Boot does not match.

Drivers is OK !!

I have tried High boot & android 5 and android 6 same result.
Also I tried without choose boot, also same.. ?
