need Urgent Help

I have Ucall java lumia 620 Chinese phone
problem is touch is not working need to calibrate but it's not working properly
i want to format it but software is not showing flash chip info
is this mobile is safe to format ??
backup will work if after format set became dead ??
need reply from volcano team .

if not showany info dont do format
open ur cover phone and check ur cpu on pcb

But CPU and flash chip is inside Sim base combo base mmc and 2sim base ,
i have tried all flash types but no luck actually it's 16mb flash possibly CPU is 8851a but can't format because not sure about software support ???
