Murapi Login Error [ User Spamming ]

over one week have purchased activation and since registering Murapi pack i cannot login now stating that user info is incorrect i have tried many times to contact a number of product supporters until now no response have also realized that there's an area to post these issues and i have and still no respond many user are facing this problem and no one cares to fix why are they taking our money and failing to deliver on whats paid for why are they and they are very much aware of the problem and care not to fix now i want back my money for what have puirchased
