itel spreadtrum(black screen)


i have itel phone when i power on its show the logo well but after that phone display black screen( i try to format with volcano stuck on Start boot please wait a moment....)

Where is Then Format Log Or Screenshot ? Write Your Backup Flash Or Flash With Factory Flash File

search for the pac file on the internet and flash it with "research download tool".provide the itel inote model number.I will be able to guide you..I've flashed inote 1401,1450,1407.1500 etc with that kind of a problem.
