i have v40. i am unable to flash, help support team.............

Try with other good flash file if failed find same working phone readed bin file and flash it on that mobile using merapi or volcano latest version

also what is the mobile condition?

according to my customer description.. It was hang on logo. Some other technician format with sp tool then it got dead, I RECEIVED THE SET WITH DEAD CONTION

Bro open sptool ver 3.1344 select scatter ,do full erase or format except its boot loader then upgdate its flash .

Emmc chip is dead try harware change or reheat etc ,no solution with sw .Or contact me on skype in some free time let me see it on team viewer
