I have problem with HTM A7100:

After write backup from this phone, my HTM is freez on logo.

I need help

try read flash file in factory format and write with flasher
till yet have problem in bin fie , will be solved upcoming updates

Not Possible Now ....Now If you Alive the phone ...
you must do backup Factory File same alive phone ...
Use Volcano Android tool to backup Factory File ...
Do create pac file & Flash The Phone using "Research Download" ....

I don't have another working model like that. Is my backup good or damaged?

Do I need to look for another phone or wait for update Volcano?
