That Means Its your Phone Firmware Problem...!!
Do Write Same Firmware Then Do Rebuild IMEI ..

Final Answer - its firmware issue

check hardware version on back sticker of phone and find factory firmware
flash the phone..imei will get restored, if not then change imei.

now dont ask any more ques on this until u write firmware.
