Keep in mind we had solved this dead issue but infact is problem in CPU. Not in software. Same phone which I got is dead while read flash I purchase new phone and read flash and now it's not become dead. This problem cause of now 6531 is coming with very poor nv area. And while reading it's become damage on those phones for example which have security code and user tired a lot to open code by keypad. As same as some mtk652a privacy code get damaged after user apply ( try) lot of wrong code and results user had set 8 digit code and volcano also read 100% correct code but mobile. It not accept 8 digit code. It's accept only 7 digits. Also same as on coolsand.
So over all it's cause of main CPU with very poor quality and cheap
Hope you guys will understand it. By the way for every Chinese mobile repair must take dead approval from customer to be safe !

i read flash on this mtk android working perfect phohe (GT-I9220 (mt6575_kpd_gpio_set) and write flash back the same file to the same phone, just for test but the phone dead after write flash.
i used mtk tap (section) in volcano to read and write flash.
the file size is 528MB

GOTO> andorid tab, then select usb mode.
after tick REBUILD imei. andt[put] ur imei.
connect phone with pc enable adb usb debug& must rooted.
now click start...done!!!!!!!!!!!!!
