Volcano box has putten me in problem

I received a customer's phone(LG C199),mtk 6236 cpu; with password in message acess. I connect it with box,i got info about phone,wrong password and finally format this phone after reading flash from phone.Now phone start blinging with logo after power on.I try to flash back phone with readed flash but fail...I am trouble with my customer.Please support team any solution?

Please all your word ward will not help me so much but as a technical man just look a way forward of helping him '''''''''' what your have to do next time just don't format a phone if it have pass ward just click unlock code opition that will help you without formating your phone

i used unlock code but it gives wrong codes before trying to format..

Try to read code by unlock or check code from flashfile.

I use volcano v1.4.3 (baudrate 192000)to flash phone lg c199(mtk6236) same problem,it can not flash back flash backup

try to flash with usb method
first find boot key

1-go to mtk tab
2-select flash file
3-tick write flash
4-tick usb
5-untick auto detact pinout
6-run
7-press boot key then insart usb cable

This method do not work for phone,no connexion with phone.Phone just power on and off with logo...please update support for lg c199(mtk 6236 cpu)...thank you

Read nmv file oteher work phone and write ur phone hope ur problem solve

there is no option to read nmv file from phone,only read flash option is available in volcano box.I have readed flash from from phone but box can not flash back backup to phone...this lg c199 (mtk 6236 cpu).

I try to use another china box tool to read flash and nvm from a working phone.And try to write this flash backup into faulty phone but it fail showing : Failed to set MTK_DA_CHK_PC_SEC_INFO_CMD. when i restore nvm readed from working phone to faulty phone,it was ok but same problem henceforth i am looking forward to volcano team if there could be solution to this latest problem with LG C199 mtk 6236 cpu...thank you in advance

i think you dont know how to write CNV file with Volcano

try this way

1st: click on general parameters
2nd: then New Window open Click Start
3rd: READ CNV Click Export Parameters
4th: Write CNV Import Parameters
