Volcano Box Not Found

The problem
Volcano Box Not Found. Please Connect Box and Run Software Again.

The work done

Clear All Box
Replacement windows
But the problem remains

Please Help

Change USB cable.
Install proper driver for the box.
If u don't use external power for volcano box, then note the switch must be in off condition.
Don't use USB hub, e.g. Directly plug the USB cable to system...
