Volcano Box Restart Problem
 

I'm currently using the latest version 2.5.2 and my OS is windows 7 32bit

Problem: The program STOP when i try to write the back up files on MTK 6253 chip

I try yo uninstall and re-install the program but still the same

Can you give me an idea how to solve this problem

im aslo facing same problems with windows xp sp3 with ZEN mobile (arm mtk cpu ) when i try to dected phone with my computer is off ,phone is not shot not dead only hang problems with latest version 2.5.2 any idea

Uninstalls all about volcanoBOx
Restarts the PC
install the FULL version 2.5.0
download the version 2.5.2 again

Use this program to uninstall - Revo Uninstaller

Do you have English version of this software

100% working solution for win7 users.
right click on volcano exe then go to properties click on compatibility and tick on Run as Administration 100% on my pc.

i think its a bug until now they do not resolve

its a driver issue
first clean all driver with dc uncleaner after uninstall volcano setup ...also Del volcano folder from c driver ...install volcano 2.5.0 full setup&copy of new version to c/volcano install latest box driver your problem will be solved

i am running volcano tool on my win 7 64 bit and I don't have any issue. Like Qaisar said its driver problem. first uninstall drivers, restart pc and install drivers again.
