hi same problem after windows installing ....
i install and test all of the volcano versions and drivers and using vpn but still same problem.....plizzzzzzzzzzzz

When Ever I try to open Volcano Tool and Merapi Tool it gives these errors as in the image. I have downloaded the latest setup files and tried everything but nothing happens. Please help me
