Mod Edit: This is Drivers issue. you just have to use Original Qualcomm DRivers Not Nokia Drivers... for SPD you have use latest drivers..... Infinity team made customs drivers to put your computer not let use any other device this is their f*cking trick.... delete those Nokia Emergency drivers and install ORIGINAL Qualcomm Drivers 9008 !!

before reading fw usb debuing is on needed?

its not good for us because direct reading is good many times set is locked and we want to read file from phone for safty purpose. but with inferno we cant do it so please solve this issue.

not necessary to read direct pact read as inferno formate but its good for us

...yes, its good if inferno can backup firmware even if usb debug is not on, but so far even cmx cannot do that. it still need usb debug is on.

...we also shared same opinion, not necessary to read direct .pac file format, so inferno have their own flash file identity....but maybe .pac file converter.

the problem is that my black volcano box wont connect with any other volcano software except old 3.0.9. I get softdog or read volcano data failed , i wold like to buy inferno subscription too which has new updated. my serial number is 431-408-542. Faisal or other support team please assist me.

Very very bad. See volcano transfer failed. Merapi works ok. Reinstall clean windows. Still same. Cnange computer, install clean windows, steel same. Merapi is ok.
Read what wrote about this. Its as "Blacks problems do not care Sheriff"
Install framework c++ sp1 and etc. All is same. Install and uninstall antivirus. Check viruses in clean system hehe. All not work. But before updates dont see problem. But last version not work now
