amigo buenos dias, tengo un problema con mi Dongle GSM Finder, resulta que la compre con creditos y no tuve mucho tiempo de usarla mucho, pero de un tiempo para aca no tenia creditos y no me da la opcion de registrarla ya que en ciertas oportunidades formatee mi computador por problemas y de un tiempo para aca me da este please check your internet connection, he desabilitado por completo, desintalado el antivirus y nada, he formateado mi computador sin instalar antivirus he instalado la dongle y nada, he desactivado el firewall y antivirus de windows y nada, he probado con todos los windows y nada, digame que puede ser, lo necesito activo urgentemente, soy de venezuela.

i did not install any antivirus also my firewall is closed
still i m facing plz check your internet connection
i m using window 7 32bit
also i used window 10 there is no drivers issue
help me plz
