Problem To Enter Support Area


Have a nice day SmartsamTeam.... I buy this Box a few days ago.. i register and activated.. but when try to enter Support Area say:

"Your card is not registered. Please register it first!"

The Box is activated and Registered..

Opening reader "Alcor Micro USB Smart Card Reader 0"...
Connecting to card...
Reading card data...
HW SN: 0xxxxxxx
SW SN: 0xxxxxxxxx
SW VER: 1
USER: @@@@@@@
Card working fine! Have a nice day!

So.. try to register again and say:

Querying card...
Request activation...
Already activated


Install soft and box in other CPU, and same ERROR!!!
Please what is Problem....????
Can helpme to solved....

If need all info of my box and me, can send for PRIVATE MSG

I think there is a problm sync between main server and support area.. As soon as . We check the problem . And let you . Sorry about this issue . If still your support not okey...

Not WORK yet...I try amd Try and Try...

The unlock procedure and other functions is OK.. but to enter the support area fail... same error...

I think the problems is SYNC whit server too...but, WHY ME???? jejejejejeje

When try to unlock x836 model.. say:

MSL Desactivate....FAIL...

Need server process to unlock..???


Today 10/29/2013 at 15:12 not enter to support area YET..!!!!

I have problems with my box, and the record but whenever I want to go to the server I get the same mao user error, I have 15 days with this same mistake........ give me solution
