update card problem - GSM-Forum

Hello! I bought today a new key and when I try to make update, I receive the message above. I tried to update it on more than one pc, but still the same. I tried also on a clean windows ( without other drivers installed ), but stii the same. Please tell me if my key is broken so I sent it back to may resealer or if it is a problem from you! Tnx!

Hi,
You all doing well. But anfortunately this is not 4SE card. And it was never programmed. So please contact your supplier for replacement.
