tool4se fatal error- smartcard not found, insert a smart card reader with 4se smrtcar
 

Hi there
I bought a dongle from ipmart.com with smart card (the white sim card inside the dongle) its serial # is 000000000871 and i have installed the smart card drivers too, but the tool4se software doesnt starts and gives a fatal error

fatal error : smartcard not found.
- plug a card reader with 4se smart card
- make sure the reader drivers are properly installed

my hardware id is
usb\\vid_04e6&pid_5116&rev_0203

I have tried it both on win xp and win 7 and on two different machines but same problem. Plz help.
Plz also note that the usb dongle is connected with the smart card(white sim card) properly inside it
