Yes standard usb cable and TP connection that is very simple just 1 pin to gnd need connect before usb cable connect to phone.

do not waste your money or time:

all that darkmen can do - copy setool2 features, except s1 open and a2 cid80/cid81 unlock.

nothing new.
just another copycat.

do not waste your time on another nerokey.

you know what to do and what tool to use.

from other side, it is up to user.

But 1 think in setool you add only UNLOCK FREE all other think like imei fix or trim repair still need credits I this understand from your news or I'm wrong ?? ??

It would be very hard to do, because even do something with setoolX need to be a rocket scientist.
Every time I tried to use it I got depressed.

Actually Instead to spend almost the same amount to activate a feature on SeTool I prefer own a secondary tool for Se which already gives me this feature (and more) as default hence I bought 4se.
May be I'm old style or just I'm against the monopoly but I feel is the right decision.

Not wasting money at all... Simple one click unlock stand alone and no credits plus a quite well done with a good user interface flasher.
The tool cover most of the phones coming here in my workshop so why not?
At the moment i should buy 20 se-tool credits to activate the qualcomm unlock with a few dollars more I own 2 tools indeed and the function are already activated.
As well I remember the free periods by some products manager and always been ending after the concurrential product been out of the market so why not supporting a new tool for once? Hopefully should finish this monopoly on the sony ericsson market.

I am waiting for the next releases... I am considering another tool, just to be safe.

You can see my older posts, I thinking the same, hope this doesnt become as the other 3 attemps to release a SE tool.

I really like the old school way of doing things, but sometimes I need somebody to help me do some phones... better to have an easy one in reserve for them.

If they make it easy for me to buy it.. I will be considering it seriously. My setool is paid 10x, no:100x or maybe more. It will not hurt me to buy another one and still using setool.

Competition is always good when it is used to make things better.

I didnt buy any of the other tools because it didnt feel good, didnt like support and didnt like how they presented themselves.

There are 8 Nokia tools and just 1 real good SE tool. Let's see if that can be changed.

LGtool is a nice tool, but it wouldnt have been used by many users if not been giving it for free, with free codes and everything free. I still use my vygis to unlock LG phones and my xtc clip to unlock and S-off HTC phones. But sometimes comes in handy to have options to go to if something doesnt work as expected with your usual tool.
